Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College (KMB) is the youngest among the 10 residential colleges at Universiti Putra Malaysia. The college began operations in July 2006. It accommodates students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FMHS) and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM). Overall, there are four residential blocks: Blocks A, B, and C house female students, while Block D is designated for male students.
Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College also provides facilities such as a prayer hall (surau), student kiosks, a cafeteria, a football field, sports courts, a guest house, and seven (7) units of fellows’ residences. Accommodation at Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College follows an “apartment-style” concept, where each unit consists of four (4) rooms, with each room occupied by two (2) students.
The total capacity of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College is 1,600 students.
The college is directly responsible for providing comfortable accommodation, a safe and conducive environment for students, and for nurturing students with exemplary personal qualities.
